All year long there are warm, commodious, cosy rooms and apartments waiting for you. All rooms are with heated floors, fireplaces, separate showers and WC, SAT TV ( 500 channels) and internet, kitchens with all needed equipment ( cookers, dishwashers, washing-machines, microwaves, pots) and dishes, perfect bedding and towels. There are 2 balconies on the first floor and terraces on the ground floor. Water for washing and food preparation - filtered.

We can offer separate 80 m² house with terrace and sauna (kitchen with all needed equipment - dishwasher, washing-machine, microwave, fridge, TV, showers and WC) for a family of 5-6 persons.

We can rent ground floor apartments (2 bedrooms with separate WC and showers, big guest room with fireplace and kitchen) separately, or first floor (3 bedrooms with separate WC's, showers and kitchen) apartments separately, because both floors have separate entrances. There are 2 parking places in private yard.

Just next to the house - a pretty pinewood with promenades, leading to the sea. There are only 100 - 150 meters to the seaside. You can choose some entertainment: sauna, bicycle-way, which will take You to the centre of Palanga or Sventoji by our rented bicycles; just across the street You will find tennis-courts and basketball ground. Public service transportation is moving around from Kunigiškės to Palanga centre.
